Since our original chat, I've been thinking through how we can build upon the momentum and insights gathered from the initial launch cycles to create a more intentional enrollment strategy for the 2027 retreat and future iterations.
The crux of our focus will be on solidifying the retreat's transformation, positioning, and messaging so that prospective attendees see it not simply as “time away” - but as an essential investment in their capacity to sustain the lives, work, creativity, and communities they care deeply about.
The strategy outlined below is designed to do exactly that - to create a launch that not only converts for this iteration (2027 Retreat), but also lays the foundation for sustainable, values-aligned enrollment moving forward.

At this stage, our goal isn't simply to fill spots for the 2027 retreat. It's to establish the strategic foundation that will allow the Santosha Retreat to grow, evolve, and enroll aligned attendees across future retreat cycles.

Develops a clear positioning and messaging framework that can be used consistently across future launches, content, enrollment conversations, and marketing assets.
Addresses the practical and emotional barriers attendees may face around time, logistics, and investment, helping them make an informed and confident decision.
Creates foundational launch assets and messaging that can be tested, refined, and improved with each subsequent launch cycle.
This launch is the first step in establishing Santosha Retreat as a retreat people actively seek out & carve into their calendars - not just for rest, but for the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and sustain their inner drives & missions.

BLOOM: Comprehensive Launch Strategy & Conversion Copy Package
Based on our conversation, this project is designed to support the January 2027 launch of the Santosha Retreat by transforming the feedback and market response gathered during the initial launch cycles (July & September) into a high-converting positioning, messaging, and enrollment strategy.
To achieve this, you'll receive both strategic guidance and launch copy assets designed to strengthen the retreat's messaging, support enrollment conversations, and create greater alignment between the retreat's transformation and the people it's intended to serve.

COPY ASSETS CREATION:
Waitlist invite & nurture sequence (both across 4 weeks) to attract aligned prospects, deepen buy-in around the retreat's transformation, and prepare subscribers for enrollment
Complete launch email sequence from cart open to cart close (7 days) to convert workshop attendees into Dreamium students

The full project timeline is approximately 12 weeks, structured to ensure the strategy and copy are developed thoughtfully ahead of the January launch.
The process will typically follow this flow:
WEEK 1-4: MESSAGING, POSITIONING & LAUNCH STRATEGY FOUNDATION
This phase is dedicated to analysing the insights gathered throughout Santosha Retreat’s initial launch cycles and transforming them into a refined positioning, messaging strategy, and launch plan for the January 2027 enrollment campaign.
“Nail your launch” questionnaire to extract your unique positioning, audience insights, and offer value
A 60-minute follow-up strategy + messaging intensive where we explore your offer from every angle and brainstorm the stories that will resonate with most of your audience. We’ll discuss the messaging themes, uncover unique angles, and create our strategic direction together.
Development of core messaging pillars and persuasion angles that deeply resonate with your target audience
Previous launch diagnosis: A strategic review of Santosha Retreat’s previous launch cycles to identify the patterns, strengths, and friction points influencing enrollment decisions.
Voice of Customer Research Calls: I’ll personally conduct 3-5 intimate conversations with your past clients & hot leads to uncover the exact language they use to describe their struggles and dreams to create your conversion copy.
Custom surveys to warm leads: I’ll create custom surveys to share in your email list & socials to uncover deeper objections and hesitations at play that have kept people on the fence for purchasing your offer.
Key deliverables after week 4: Messaging & Positioning Brief, Prelaunch Messaging Brief, January Launch Action Map, Voice of Customer Analysis & Other Valuable Research Findings.
WEEK 5-9: WAITLIST CAMPAIGN ASSETS
With the positioning, messaging, and launch strategy established, the next phase focuses on translating those insights into email assets that build trust, deepen buy-in, and prepare prospective attendees for enrollment. Here’s what’s included in this period:
Waitlist Invite Email Sequence (Upto 8 emails): A strategic email sequence designed to attract aligned prospects onto the waitlist by communicating the retreat's transformation, introducing key messaging themes, and helping prospective attendees see themselves within the Santosha Retreat experience.
Workshop Nurture Email Sequence (Upto 8 emails): A 4-week nurture sequence designed to strengthen desire, address common objections, and build confidence in the retreat experience. These emails will leverage insights gathered throughout the research phase to help prospective attendees move from interest to genuine consideration.
Key deliverables at the end of Week 9: Email campaigns in an editable Google Doc. Up to 2 rounds of edits are included if any tweaking is necessary - my goal is to ensure that you’re 100% happy and vibing with your emails!
WEEK 10-12: OPEN CART ASSETS
With the positioning, messaging, and waitlist nurture strategy established, the final phase focuses on developing the core email sequence to support the January 2027 launch and help prospective attendees make a confident decision about joining the Santosha Retreat. Here’s what it includes:
Cart-open email sequence (up to 12 emails): A strategically crafted sequence to convert both waitlisters and existing email list into Retreat attendees by reinforcing the Retreat’s elevated positioning, value, results, and ROI. Fast action & closing cart bonuses included in the strategy.
Key deliverables after week 12: Cart open email campaigns in an editable Google Doc. Up to 2 rounds of edits are included if any tweaking is necessary - my goal is to ensure that you’re 100% happy and vibing with your emails!
